SSO to host community forum in Thunder Bay

Rates of diabetes and heart disease are higher in people living with mental illnesses. Medication side-effects, lack of physical activity and poverty all contribute to poor physical health. But, achieving healthier lifestyle is possible.
 
This series of presentations will share the insights of medical professionals and those with lived experience on how to achieve physical and mental well-being  while making the recovery journey.
