The easiest way to become a member is to click the "Donate Now" button. Once you arrive at our secure online donation page, simply designate your payment as "Membership" in the drop down menu. Alternatively, to download a printable membership form, click the link at the bottom of the page. You may fax your completed form to 416-449-8434 or return it by mail to the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario, 130 Spadina Avenue, Suite 302, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2L4.
Family Member - $35 Family membership to the SSO is designed for individuals with schizophrenia and relatives, friends or other individuals acting in a support capacity to someone with schizophrenia.

Associate Member - $50 Associate membership to the SSO is designed for those representing professional, corporate or other organizational entities. An Associate Member has the right to attend the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting of the members of the Corporation and to speak but is not entitled to vote.
