Description
The Wellness & Recovery Peer Support program is a 12 week program for people with schizophrenia. Each week, the group discusses and learns about topics such as healthy lifestyles, relationships, stress management, goal setting, and stigma. If you are interested in joining this group, please contact Leanne Needham by Nov. 18th, 2009 at 416-449-6830, ext. 252. Two groups have space left: Monday 2-4pm and Wednesday 5-7pm.
