Regional Events

This drop-in support group helps people feel less isolated, empowers them with knowledge, offers a safe place to meet and talk, and provides a forum where ideas can be exchanged.  One of the most important benefits of participating in a support group is a decrease in the sense of isolation that many people feel.

Location: 262 Sydenham Street

Date/Time: Meetings are held every other Wednesday  from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Meetings include dinner
